Very good app. However i think there is too much itms on the landing page of the app. For example, the suggested hot topics should be taken out or sone how be collapsed, so that users can expand if they want.

Comment: The scan option works well and retrives model & warranty status information. I like the inclusion of links to the relevent documents and knowledgebase pages
would like to see a todolist or task organizer feature in the support App;
that could help in notifying the user, to stay on schedule and focus on priorities.
