When we buy new equipment we get it with some list. If I could write it in the app and then mail items with scanning the bar codes it would be nice.

Suggestions,

1. Integrate the support for costumers with some ticket ID that allow to do following of each one

2. Is possible to integrate support for internal request of users in the partners, as approvals, password reset, etc?
