Whenever we go the application and select the product, there are many link; instead it would very practical to show details in table form (like we have in the website version of any product datasheet). So, even if we have to show it some customer or high-rep of customer in a informal discussion, we can explain it to them through since app.

for SCAN option: you can add images of hardware detected through scanner, information about its availability etc.

in SUPPORT CENTER=> SPARE PART: section you can also add scanner init for auto detection.

I think it is very good mobile, and very advaced on his era, comparing with same category and performance level and features it price is quite reasnoble

Your app don't work well in all phones. Once i logged in, my profile page show in black, but accross theweb, on a pc, it shown all data, enectar, points, thats it
