I would suggest that in 'Global Service Hotline', Call Back option should be introduced after taking brief details that why users want helpline to call/contact back.
App design should be such that apps deliver delightful surprises that make users want to use them constantly. For that, different options, notifications, or other things should be displayed every time a user log in to the APP.
I would suggest that in 'Global Service Hotline', when users touch on email icon, phone's default email client should be opened with that helpline email in TO recipient.
Consider to provide the users the ability to Work Offline. Well ofcourse what and how much data and functionality should be stored on the device needs to be work on.
I would suggest that the keyword search should use PREDICTIVE SEARCH. This allows users to see search queries that are popular based on what they have already typed into the search box. This will guide users to results, rather than having them type searches that are no available / not hot.
This APP should be Social Networking Compatible. Social networks are becoming a de facto means for communicating and collaborating, especially among workers who are geographically separated and between workers and their customers. Make this easy and seamless by incorporating social sharing (as well as email sharing) directly from the app.
