Monthly survey (brief feedback) should be conducted in the APP to have an user opinion on how can like certain features/parts of the APP and how can it improve etc.

Instead of 'MY Products' section on the main page of APP, there should be 'My Registered Products' section which contain the product(s) that the user has registered by providing ESN, SR etc. and another section named 'My Favourite Products' which a user simply favourite them.

I would suggest that the keyword search should use SUGGESTIVE SEARCH feature. This will help user for correcting user searches, if they are misspelled.

User's activity feed can be added. It can show all the activities performed by the user in the APP.

I would suggest to develop a consolotated Glossary for all Huawei products and make it a part of Function. This will be ONE BIG GLOSSARY for all.

Chinese is now considered as an important language worldwide because of its increase in presence in the business world. I would suggest to add Free basic Chinese Language Learning Course section 'Learn Chinese'
