Online customer service link due to the lock screen or exit the session is interrupted,
it's recommended to add the close button. If you use the close button to end the session, it will not connect to the previous session. If you do not click the end button, the next session will be automatically activated next time.

Can you please show me a screenshot of it? In my case the session will be kept for minutes. If i close it by accident, i can relog in there a bit later.

In fact there is not a close button to finish the session my proposal is to add it in the interface of the App. Thanks so much  
i suggest to united the both forums of Huawei
Enterprise forum and carrier forum.
as a telecom customer we use both types of euipments

Sorry but these 2 communities cannot be integrated together in this period.  
Enterprise mobile APP doesn't auto rotate.

suggestion about time:
the timing in this forum belong to china time.
and i found it hard sometimes to log in daily to achieve the enectar points
i suggest to make the eNectar points reference to host log in region
