When: December 1, 2019–December 15, 2019
Who: Enterprise product customers & channel partners
 
 
How:
By November 30, 2019, enterprise product customers and channel partners who have obtained more than 100 doc points can redeem the following prizes.
 
Prizes:
 
1000 doc points = US$300 Amazon gift card
 
500 doc points = US$150 Amazon gift card
 
300 doc points = US$90 Amazon gift card
 
100 doc points = US$30 Amazon gift card
 
How to earn reward points?
Feedback Value Point Remarks
High 50 • Document feedback and improvement suggestions that are accepted by the author and regarded as high-value.
• For example, difficulties and problems in obtaining and using documents, and suggestions that help improve document quality greatly.
Medium 1 • Document feedback and improvement suggestions that are accepted by the author and regarded as medium-value.
• For example, common problems and improvement suggestions for exceptions or errors of formats, expressions, texts, pictures, and voices.
 
How can I submit feedback on documentation?
Watch the video Instructions on How to Give Feedback on Documentation .
 
How can I check my doc points?
Choose My Huawei > Feedback > Doc Points to check your total points, used points, and available points.
