Activating CLI on S1720-28GWR-PWR-4X

We have an S1720-28GWR-PWR-4X web-managed switch, and we purchased the license to activate its CLI function. but after loading the license, the function is still not available on the switch.085515tze33zs53t8aeehv.png?image.png

Please find the completed procedure to activate the license as well enable stelnet function to work in cli mode

Thank you very much. I think I need to upgrade the firmware first, because the one you have sent is for V200R011C10, my current version is v200R009.

please confirm the model of the switch, S1720-GWR DOES NOT support CLI function, while S1720-GWR-E supports.
