Hello everyone,

The customer needs to apply for a license using the MPLS feature, which is invalid after the license authorization version is low and activated. Because of the rush to go online at that time, customers used a temporary license. Now that the temporary license is about to expire, the client wants to use the formal license and needs the original revocation code. However, the client has processed the temporary license and the displayed revocation code is the temporary license. Does anyone know how to obtain the original revocation code to activate the official license? Thanks!

Hello，

The activation of the official license with an authorized version that is too low has no effect on the activation of the new official license. The temporary license has been invalidated and has no effect on the formal license activation. In this case, you do not need to obtain any revocation code. You only need to apply for a new license to load and activate according to the normal steps.
