acldvppCreateChannelDesc failed

Hi,

I'm trying to run the yolov3 object detection example as provided by Huawei for Atlas 200 DK.

I've been able to compile & run it. Acl init is succesfull and all that, but, I get

[ERROR] acldvppCreateChannelDesc failed

There is no other information, so this is a bit hard to debug.

Have I forgot to install some extra firmware for the dvpp API to be enabled or something like that?

What can I do?
