Hello, I had an account on the Smart pv app and when I went to add my inverter it created several installations (probably a bug happened).
Then I deleted my account to start over but now I can't use my email, it says that this email is already registered but I've already tried to put my password and it says the account doesn't exist.
Can anyone help me?

You need to contact the PV center to reset your password. Send an email to the following email address to describe your problem and attach the SN of your device.

Europe Email: eu_inverter_support@huawei.com    

China and Asia Pacific: solarservice@huawei.com
