Hi thanks for your response. Actually I was referring to this guide "https://forum.huawei.com/enterprise/en/hicoins-and-user-levels-a-beginners-guide/thread/549163-100289" and it says that I can get L1 level by getting 20 exp points. I did all the necessary but I get no change what so ever.

So I did all the actions but got only 18 points: for basic info and a new post. And I didn't get any points for replying to other posts and subscribe to a collection

So I did all the actions but got only 18 points: for basic info and a new post. And I didn't get any points for replying to other posts or subscribe to a collection
