Accessing Huawei AC via the WEB interface

Hello everyone,

Today I would like to present a practical method of how to access the Huawei AC directly from ENSP through your Windows workstation.

Prerequisites:

Whereas you have already followed the instructions on how to configure the loopback interface within your windows to connect directly with ensp, as I teach in this other topic:

In the practical example, we will configure the AC1 interface GE0/0/1

Preparing the equipment

The configuration of the interface:

In this example I'm using the Vlanif1 interface to communicate with the machine that has web access to the AC:

Configure the admin user for the web service:

After configuring the equipment, we will access it through the address https://172.16.100.2

After logging in with the admin user information, the image below is the first screen that appears when gaining access to the platform:

In the option Configuration > Fast Config > AC:

Select the desired interface, in the example we configure G0/0/1.

In the option Configuration > AC Config > VLAN:

Click on the VLAN ID 1 number, the information will open and more information will be displayed.
