accessing huawei ac throw wifi

Hi,

I have a huawei AC6605 access controller managing some around 172 AP5010SN and AP7110DN access points. In my access controller, i am using vlan 102 (192.168.12.1/24 dhcp) for access points and vlan 101 (192.168.4.1/22 dhcp) as a service vlan for users to get ip adresses throw dhcp. My question is : can users connected throw vlan 101 have access to the web interface of the access controller, by typing the address of the AC on the web navigator? I mean can users connected throw wifi (vlan 101) have access to the access controller? In fact, this is important as i need to monitor my access points throw a distant site that is connected only by wifi (by one of the huawei APs).
