The file sharing service is enabled on the virtual gateway and the shared file resource is specified. When a user accesses the specified shared file resource after logging in to the virtual gateway, and enters the user name and password, the prompt "Access failed. There is no such file or directory in the file system" is displayed.

Handling Process
Make sure that the shared directory exists on the file server and the sharing function is enabled for the file.
Root Cause
The directory does not exist on the file server or the sharing function is disabled for the corresponding directory of the current resource.
