AC6800V firmware not installed

Hi,

 

I already have the firmware with the .cc file.

I just don’t know how to import the .cc file, because the hedex guide only show to import the iso example.

Hi user_4257107,
Your file download is wrong. AC6800V is installed using iso file.
Log in to the Huawei Enterprise Service Technical Support website, search for "AC6800V", and obtain the corresponding software installation package from the Software Download Center. The installation package name format is "AC6800V version number.iso".
However, the ISO file cannot be downloaded in V200R020. You are advised to use V200R021C00SPC100. The download link is as follows:

Hi. Thanks for the help. I want to install AC6800VV200R020C10SPC100 using iso file but I can't find it. Would you help me?

Maintenance of V200R020 will be discontinued. Even if you install V200R020, you need to upgrade it to V200R021 later. Do you have any special requirements?
