Our customer is facing a problem about processing error timely. He is using the AR and AC in a small network. The problem is that he is absence of the office frequently. To be noticed timely about the network problem, he configures the SMS alarm function on the AR router to send the message when the alarms generate. But he cannot do the same configuration on the AC equipment. Can you guide me how to configure the SMS alarm function on the AC equipment? Or tell me the method to configure the E-mail alarm function.
Hi, The AC equipment does not support such function, you might need to configure the SMS alarm notification or E-mail notification on the NMS. If the customer doesn't use the eSight, please try to confirm which NMS does your customer use now. Maybe, we are able to help to find a sloution.
