Issue Description
Topology : AC--Core switch ----- Access switch ------ AP - - - IP Phone(Cisco)
Issue :AC ping AP is normal ,and delay is 1ms , but AC ping IP Phone delay is more than 50ms and some packets been dropped.
Handling Process
Using below command to check the AP signal is normal or not :
display station AP-id xxx , check the RSSI value found all is between -60 and -50 , so RSSI is normal ;
display radio AP-id xxx , check the CE/ME and CU value , all is normal .
then using AC ping station , like below : find delay is more than 50ms and packets lost ..

but using AC ping AP, the delay is 1ms, it's normal.
then login AP check, display station station-mac XXXX , find station state of Power-save mode enabled is YES.
You can find IP Phone is in sleep mode, so when using AC ping it, delay is abnormal and packets lost, but if when the customer using it in calling, we found ping is normal and check the Power save mode enabled state is NO.
Root Cause
Cisco IP Phone has a sleep mode, but when in calling, you can see ping is normal, and even IP phone is roaming, it will drop at most 3 packets, and some time will not drop even 1 packet.
