HiCoins as reward: 0 (problem unresolved)

Hello everyone,

There are several MA5620,5612,5616 in hand connected to the local telecom IMS gateway through the following structure.

MA56XX---OLT---ims

The upstream port gets the IP address issued by the IMS through vlan45.

The problem now is that if the upstream optical port is down, the service will not be restored after the restoration. The IP address will not be updated in VLANif 45 (the original IP is still displayed, but the gateway can no longer be pinged), and it feels as if the uplink port is not down. The device must be restarted to recover.

Please help me, thank you!

Hello, friend!

Based on the problem description:

Root cause:

During the release of the old IP address, when the new DHCP IP address is reported, the new IP address is the same as the original IP address and the SIP interface is not reset.

Solution:

When a new DHCP IP address is reported, the interface is in the Shutdown state and the new IP address is the same as the old IP address. Therefore, the SIP interface needs to be reset. This issue has been resolved in SPH212.

You are advised to upgrade the device to the latest version. You can contact the device provider to obtain the latest version of the device software.

Contact local Huawei technical support engineers.

Thanks!
