May be I did not make myself clear.
In my case , when configure service port for HSI service, I configured as below:

"service-port van 3599 gpon 0/1/1 ont 0 ont-lineprofile-id 5 ont-srvprofile-id 5 multi-service user-vlan untagged"
After configure this command and 'gem mapping 1 vlan untagged" command, on ONT Web UI, configure L3 WAN, un-select enable VLAN, then Internet service is running still ok.
But for IPTV service, in Web UI, it can configure VLAN id 0-4096, in which VLAN ID 0 indicated untagged. However while I configure VLAN multicast ID 0, the multicast service is not work.
