Hi, i'm from Reunion Island and there is an issue with production curve of our solar plants.

On the portal, if we look at the consumption and production curves of our power plants, we notice that most of the time the production curve globally follows the curve of the building's electricity consumption!

How is this possible?

It seems strange to me that when the building consumes less, the power station also produces less. Is there any security? Are the inverters restricted to respect a certain percentage difference between production and consumption when the latter drops below a certain limit?

Do we have to check the export limitation?

i'm waiting for your return.

@IRO009the easiest way to check if there is any export limit function on inverter is to turn off the load (all consumers) and to check if the inverter produce energy.

If inverter stopped, means that there is zero export limit function active and you need to turn it off via FusionSolar APP or Smartlogger (depending the inverter type).

Basically, when the production follows the slef-consumption curve means that there is a limitation active on the inverter.

Hello, dear.
I think you should check the power limit parameters. If you set the inverter to; zero power grid-connected. Then, when there is no load to consume the generated energy, the factory will limit production.

You can use FusionSolar APP to connect to the inverter for setting. For specific setting methods, you can refer to the user manual: https://support.huawei.com/enterprise/en/doc/EDOC1100096889/ffc033c3/grid-tied-control-parameters
