1.Please make sure that the protective ground of the inverter is connected properly.
2.If the inverter is connected to the TN grid, please check if the voltage of the N line to the ground is normal.
3.Check whether the output is connected to an isolation transformer, if it is connected to an isolation transformer set the "ground abnormal shutdown" disable through the mobile phone APP/SmartLogger/net management.

Is this an alarm from the inverter or a PID?
If it's an inverter. Check whether the output cable connection mode of the inverter is three-phase, three-wire, or three-phase, four-wire, and configure the inverter accordingly.
If there is a neutral wire, check whether the voltage between the lower neutral wire and the ground is less than 30 V.

On the FusionSolar app, disable grounding abnormal shutdown. 

Select the feature parameters as shown in the following figure, find the ground abnormal shutdown, and set the parameter to Disabled.
