If the server cannot display access to user information, the possible cause is that the accounting scheme is not configured on the device.
If the user is offline abnormally, the possible causes are as follows: The number of access users is large, but the real-time accounting interval configured on the device is small. Or the real-time accounting interval entered on the server is different from the real-time accounting interval configured on the device
