Step 1 Check whether the issue occurs in only one tabletop display or in all tabletop displays connected in series.

As shown in Figure 2-6, the tabletop displays are connected in series.
If the issue occurs in only one tabletop display, replace it.
If the issue occurs in multiple successive tabletop displays, go to step 2.
Step 2 Check whether the DVI connection between the first problematic tabletop display and the next tabletop display it is correct. If the cable is faulty, replace it.
Step 3 If the issue persists, the DVI port in the problematic tabletop display has failed. Contact your local customer service center to address the issue.
