A teller logs in to a VTA, and a VTM calls the VTA. The VTM then receives the ring event from the VTA, but the VTA does not ring. After a certain period of time, the VTM automatically ends the call.

Verify that the access code is configured correctly and the access type is set to INtess on the unified gateway.
If the unified gateway is UAP3300, run the show prefix dn 6688 command to view the access code information.
In the preceding command, 6688 indicates the access code.
If the unified gateway is U2980, run the LST CNACLD command to view the access code information
