A link down in eth-trunk causes active/standby switchover

Hi all,

We have configured the hrp track Eth-Trunk command in the system view. When a member interface of the Eth-Trunk interface is down, the HRP active/standby switchover is triggered even if the Eth-Trunk interface is still Up.

Is there a way to avoid this?  What we want to achieve is that the active/standby switchovers only when the eth-tunk interface goes down.

Hi Steelbule,

This is because the HRP is enabled to monitor the status of trunk member interfaces and takes effect on all Eth-Trunk or IP-Trunk interfaces by default.

You can disable the HRP module to monitor the status of Trunk members.

<FW> system-view

[FW] undo hrp track trunk-member enable
