Hello, friend.
Do you want to change the TDM transmission mode of the Abis interface to the IP transmission mode?
1. Run the RST BTS command with Reset Level set to 3-LEVEL to reset the BTS at level 3.
Description:
If the BTS is not reset at level 3, the BTS cannot switch from the TDM transmission mode to the IP transmission mode in time. As a result, the OML is interrupted.
When the eNodeB detects that the OML is disconnected, the eNodeB waits for 15 minutes and then automatically restarts.
2. Running the RST BTS command to restart the BTS shortens the restart time. You do not need to wait for 15 minutes.
3. Run the DEA BTS command to deactivate the BTS.
4. Run the RMV BTSCONNECT command to remove the BTS connection.
5. Run the ADD BRD command to add an IP interface board on the BSC side.
Configure data at the physical layer and data link layer (using the FG2a/FG2c/FG2d/GOUa/GOUc/Goud board).
6. Run the ADD ADJNODE command to add an adjacent node.
7. Run the ADD IPPATH command to configure IP user plane data.
Description:
In layer 3 networking, if the BSC6000 and the BTS are not in the same network segment, run the ADD IPRT command to configure an IP route on the BSC side.
8. Run the MOD BTS command with Service Mode set to IP and IP Physical Transmission Type set to IP_OVER_FE/GE.
9. Run the ADD BTSESN command to add a BTS ESN.
10. Run the ADD BTSBRD command to add an IP transmission board for the BTS.
Description:
Perform this step only when the BTS type is double-transceiver BTS.
11. Run the SET BTSETHPORT command to set the BTS port IP address.
12. Run the SET BTSIP command with BSC IP set to Device IP or Port IP of the IP interface board on the BSC side.
Description:
In layer 3 networking, if the BSC6000 and the BTS are on different network segments, run the ADD IPRT command to configure an IP route on the BTS side.
13. Run the SET BTSIPCLKPARA command to configure the BTS IP clock.
14. Run the ACT BTS command to activate the BTS.
