and it didn't mention about the 1 host group can support how many mapping views, but if there is only one host group, theoretically, it can have 4095 mapping views, however, of course, I didn't add so many in a real environment.

and about how many host group and hosts, the answer is clear:
A host can be added to a maximum of 64 host groups. A host group can be added with a maximum of 64 hosts
