Problem Description
The customer reports that the H901GPHF board in slot 2 is online, but it mismatch with MA5800-X2.
Handling process
1. Apply to the customer to collect logs and provide logs to me.
The following information needs to be collected:
display board 0
display patch all
display io-packetfile information
display current-configuration
display alarm history all
display event history all
display log all
display log failure
display temperature 0
diagnose
display reboot-record active
display reboot-record standby
display reset-record
display error standby
display system all
display lastword all
display compiling time active
display version component
quit
2. Analyze logs.
Query historical alarm log
Query historical event log
Query io-packetfile
Both the H901GPHF and H902FLHF software packages exist.
3. Advise the customer to delete the H901GPHF board in slot 0/2 so that the OLT can autofind the board.
The command is as follows:
huawei(config)#board delete 0/2
After deleting the H901GPHF board, run the following command:
huawei(config)#display board 0
After several queries, the board in slot 2 of the OLT is the H902FLHF board.
Root Cause
The board of an incorrect model is inserted into slot 2 of the OLT.
Solution Description
Insert the corresponding board into slot 2 of the OLT according to the plan.
