| Handling Process | 1. Collecting the eUDC log, according to the analysis and found the IMSI deletion operation was performed at January 11 , later the camera was offline 2. The cause of IMSI deletion is that the eSCN is deleted from the eUDC, as a result, the static IP address associated with the core network is deleted |
| Root Cause | the data associated with the eSCN is deleted because the CN is deleted on UDC |
| Solution | Reconfigure the IMSI data and choose not to associate the eSCN. The problem is solved. |
