A Blank Screen Occurs on Live Video Images During Live Video Viewing in Multicast Mode
Symptom
Log in to the IVS C/S client and enable live video viewing in multicast mode. Then, a blank screen occurs on the live video image.
Possible Cause
The multicast IP address or port number of the camera is changed.
Solution
- Log in to the IVS C/S client and double-click Devices on the Workspace tab page.
- In the device list, double-click the camera. The Configuration window is displayed.
- Choose and check whether the multicast IP address or port number of the camera is changed.
- If no, contact Huawei technical support engineers.
- If yes, go to the next step.
- Deselect Enable multicast.
- Reset the multicast IP address or port number of the camera.
- Check whether the fault is rectified.
If the fault is rectified, no further action is required. If the fault persists, contact Huawei technical support engineers.
