Why doesn’t BGP support “if-match interface” routing policy?

Obviously, there is no concept of routing information interface in BGP,and VRP5 does not support it too ; the command “if-match interface”  is used to configure the match conditions of outbound interface of routing information ,so BGP will skip the checking of “if-match interface” policy when it checks routing policy.
