Why Is the Optical Module Transmit Power Obtained Using the MIB Different from the Transmit Power Displayed by the display Command?

The transmit power value displayed by the display command is expressed in the unit of dBm, whereas the transmit power value displayed by the MIB is expressed in the unit of 10 uW. The relationship between the two units is: dbm = 10 x lg(mW).
