Why Does an Attempt to Log in to an NE Using the U2000 Fail?

When an attempt is made to log in to an NE using the U2000, a login failure message is displayed.

Possible Causes and Handling Methods
The following describes the possible causes and the corresponding handling methods:
The user name or password is incorrect.
Handling method: Reset the user name and password.
The NE is not connected to the network where the U2000 server is located.
Handling method: Correctly connect the NE to the U2000 server.
No SNMP configuration is present on the NE.
Some Telnet parameters are specified incorrectl
