Why Can No OSPF Neighbor Relationship Be Established After X.25 Is Configured?

On, X.25, encapsulated links, the default OSPF network type is non-broadcast multi-access (NBMA). When configuring OSPF on an X.25 network, you need on the interface with the broadcast keyword specified so that broadcast or multicast packets can be received and transmitted normally.
