Hi all

I accidentally erased the flash memory of S5720-28X-LI-AC. All the ports are shutdown so i cant upload new file through ftp server. But USB deployment is also not working. I have made .ini file as was instructed on huaweii page and mentioned below.

Pl suggest the solution.

I have two questions about your .ini file:

1.TIMESN - for example, if the index file was edited at 08:09:10 on June 28, 2011, you can set this field to TIMESN=20110628.080910. Your TIMESN is April 21, 2019. Each device to be upgraded has a TIMESN field. In a USB-based upgrade, a device sets the TIMESN field before it restarts (or after the upgrade is complete if the device does not need to restart). This TIMESN field cannot be used in The next upgrade. If the upgrade fails after the device restarts, you must change the TIMESN value before starting a USB-based upgrade again.

2. DEVICETYPE - your DEVICETYPE is S5700-X-LI, which does not match the USB deployment device S5720-28X-LI-AC you want to perform.

@Alvi_Sb hi,
as DDSN said, please modify the index file, set the parameter to match your device, rather than copy the parameters from the documentation.
