Hello!

We hawe two switches (one of them is 5720S-LI) connected by access (untagged) ports. Network administrator of another switch (not Huawei) told me that he see two mac addresses from my switch. One of these two mac adresses is device mac address of my switch, and it`s ok. Another one MAC address is Huawei MAC address too, but i don`t know why it own by my switch? What kind of protocol use it? And can i disable this protocol?

I connected my laptop to interface of my switch and capture some traffic

On the screenshot you can see 50:1d:93:4b:f1:a0 - is device mac addres of my switch, and 00:e0:fc09:bc:f9 - is another one MAC address whose origin is puzzle for me.

@sergey_popov hi bro, please check if you have enabled the ndp on the port. if yes, you can diable them by undo ndp enable, this will silence the interface to send 0x88a7, before undo ndp, please make sure this action wouldn't affect the service.
