Hi all,

I need to cinfigure a trunk mode port on an interface wich be connecting to an Alied Telisis Switch.

S5720-EI < --------- > IS230 (Alied Switch)

The configuration from Huawei side could be :

!

interface Gigaethernet 0/0/1

port link-type trunk

port trunk allow pass vlan (what we need to commit as vlan)

port trunk pvid vlan 1000

!

So from the other side (Alied Telesis Switch) I need your help, because I tested some combinations without success.

Do you have an idea? did someone experienced this case ?

Thanks in advance for your helps.

Even though you configured pvid on huawei port you need to allow the vlan to pass.

your config should be like this.

!

interface Gigaethernet 0/0/1

port link-type trunk

port trunk allow pass vlan 1000

port trunk pvid vlan 1000

!
