The Eth-Trunk between routers

Can we use the same eth-trunk number between different routers in same core network?

Yes, absolutely.

The port number of the Eth-Trunk, just like the OSPF process id, only influences the local configuration.

this is called layer 3 Ether trunk, it is common in a production network of the service provider
