We use a stack of S5700-28C-PWR-SI to power up some IP phones using the POE ports and our second switch started to have a bug.
Throughout the day some ports get automatically shut DOWN then go back UP (about 9 ports at the same time), which makes the IP phones that are connected to those ports reboot at completely random times in the day.

Looking at the logs I see that there's a log saying : POECHIPFAULT then another log saying POECHIPRESUME what does it mean ?

If we plug our IP phones on the other switch, the problem doesn't occur.
Version of the switches is Version 5.130 V200R003C00SPC300.

Does anyone know how to fix this ?

this firmware is very old, please upgrade the firmware to V2R10 or higher version and install the latest patch.

I think this issue has been solved in the latest firmware.
