good day,

please assist i have s5700 switches and philips in my network, but the network is unstable due to phones going down and up.it happens with some of the phones not to all of them and it happens a several times a day.

i found out that these phones have CDP ,now i want to understand what these switches can use to work with the phones.

Poe issue was pointed out but, the phones are working fine they have power they just dont get to the voice vlan at most times it times out.its more like an incomplete transimission between the phone and the switch. What could cause that.

please advise further. assist urgently this is a live network

these are my current configs on the interfaces of the switch using the phones

port link-type hybrid
voice-vlan 102 enable
voice-vlan mode manual
voice legacy enable
port hybrid pvid vlan 100
port hybrid tagged vlan 102
port hybrid untagged vlan 10
loopback-detect packet vlan 100 102
loopback-detect enable
stp edge enable
