 min-rx-interval 100

bfd enterprise bind pw interface GigabitEthernet5/0/12.100
 discriminator local 1
 discriminator remote 3

 control-vid 12 dot1q-termination
 dot1q termination vid 3000 to 3010

 mpls-passive
this command was developped from scalability reasons.

As you may know LSPs are undirectional, and usually in MPLS cloud will be a lot of LSP. On ingress you will configure BFD session for a specific LSP. If you have mpls-passive configured on egress node, after this egress receive the ping packet, BFD session will be automatically created on the lsp that deliver the ping.

So this was created to make the configuration more simple, scalable for a lot of LSPs.
