Installing a PoE Power Supply in a router

The AR151W-P, AR201VW-P, AR207V-P, AR1220V, AR1220W, and AR1220VW can be connected to a PoE power supply.

Connect a PoE power supply to a router if the router needs to supply power to powered devices (PDs) such as IP phones, WLAN APs, and IP cameras, as shown in Figure 1.

Procedure

  1. Connect a PoE power supply to a router. See Figure 2.
