Dear Sirs,

I have a VPN Client installed on Windows 8.1. After trying to connect all 5 steps are succesfull and at the end I get an error that a Virtual NIC adapter cannot be started. What could cause this issue?

Thanks & best regards,

Dears,

To solve this issue do the following steps :

1. Disable driver signature enforcement  (solution from Microsoft website  here)

2. Install driver from the Huawei VPN director ( C:\Program Files (x86)\Huawei\HUAWEI VPN Client\svnDrive_X64 )  Right click on (VNICSetup.inf) then Click ( install )  , you will see this message ( the operation completed successfully) .

3. Restart your PC then run VPN software without problem .
