Please note I'm using the 1st port for my wireless router, but I'd like to connect my pc directly to the ont for higher internet speeds. I'd appreciate modifying the ont to not ruin my connection to the router through the 1st port.

I'm saying I tried and it's not working. I get an ethernet connection for an unidentified network when I try to use port 2 to connect my pc.

you should configure from the OLT device , configure port native VLAN for the lan port .
