1.    How to Obtain Pre-sales Documentation?

Visit http://support.huawei.com/enterprise, select Marketing Collateral Download in Partners, and select Routers in Products. Search the required document by type.

Common pre-sales documentation:

Branding: Datasheets, posters, and case study

Customer Communication: main slides, competition ***ysis materials, sales guidelines

Bidding: feature list, specifications list, technical proposal

Quotation: quotation operation guide

Training: pre-sales training materials

2.    How to Obtain After-sales Documentation?

Ø  Method 1: By Scenario

Visit http://support.huawei.com/enterprise and choose Product Support > Enterprise Networking > Router. Select a document by scenario.

Content:

What's new: covers document, tool, and multimedia updates, new products, product change notices, and product lifecycle notices.

Document/Case: provides recommended documentation and hot cases and displays documents by scenario.

Tools: provides VISIO icons, Hedex Lite, eNSP simulation tool, PMI tool, and command/alarm query tool.

Multimedia: covers videos of hot products and technologies, providing lively visualized experience.

Enablement training: provides training materials including the technology implementations and O&M and online class.

Ø  Method 2: By Product and Version

Visit http://support.huawei.com/enterprise and choose Product Support > Enterprise Networking > Router. Select a product and click Document, and search the required documents by product version and document type.

Ø  Apply for E-Learning Access Rights (Method 1)
