For a Hello message of a local LDP session, the destination address is 224.0.0.2 and the source address is the IP address of the LDP-enabled interface; for a Hello message of a remote LDP session, the destination address is the peer LSR ID and the source address is the local LSR ID. In addition, the Hello messages are encapsulated through UDP and transmitted through port 646. Actually, the Hello messages are forwarded by IP.
