Some configurations, such as AAA configurations, require that no online users exist on the switch. To force users to go offline, run the cut access-user user-id start-num [ end-num ] or cut access-user { domain domain-name | username user-name [ all | hwtacacs | local | radius | none ] } * command.
  • domain domain-name: forces all users in a specified domain to go offline.

  • user-id start-num [ end-num ]: forces users in a specified range of user IDs to go offline.

  • username user-name: forces a user with a specified name to go offline.

NOTE:

The cut access-user command interrupts all services of the user whose session is torn down.

For example, force all users in the domain huawei to go offline.

<HUAWEI> system-view
[HUAWEI] aaa
[HUAWEI-aaa] cut access-user domain huawei

You can also find the answer in Common AAA Operations.
