How to Configure an SNMPv3-Enabled Trap Host to Send SNMPv3 Alarm Messages?

You can do as follows to configure an SNMPv3-enabled trap host to send SNMPv3 alarm messages. All paramters are in italics; you can select parameters as required.

<HUAWEI> system-view[~HUAWEI] snmp-agent
[~HUAWEI] snmp-agent sys-info version V3
[~HUAWEI] snmp-agent group v3 group-name authentication
[~HUAWEI] snmp-agent usm-user v3 user-name group-name
[~HUAWEI] snmp-agent target-host trap address udp-domain ip-address params securityname security-name v3
