How does I know that how much switching capacity is enough for me.

Greetings of the day!!!

Hope all here doing well.


I am struggling my self with Switch configuration that I need. Currently I am using Quidway S5710-28C-EI Routing Switch at all my sites(around 20Switches). Now I wanted to know that how much switching capacity i need on these sites how much is the utilsatin of switching capacity. I want to deploye some low cost switches it may not affect my network.

Is there any way to know Forwarding performance and sitching capacity utilisation of my switch.


Any help would be appreciated.

this depends on your network and requirement, you can contact your Account Manager and Huawei solution team can assist you on the evaluation.
